About Apryl Evans:
In this fickle music business, it takes a bit more than just a pretty face
to stake your claim as a musical force to be reckoned with. That’s where
Apryl Evans comes in. Her unique sexy and soulful sound and edgy urban image
set her apart from the droves of musicians looking to strike a chord in the
industry. Combine all of that with her wild and radiant personality, and you
have the rising superstar that is Apryl Evans.
Apryl has received numerous accolades for her vocal prowess and was recently
a finalist in the critically acclaimed competition New York City Idol, which
was featured in the New York Daily News. She is currently in regular
rotation on multiple radio stations and has been a featured guest on Central
Jersey’s Blue Colt Radio and Hear New Brunswick Radio Station. You can catch
Apryl Evans latest interview in an upcoming issue of DAM Magazine.
In addition to being a fiery talent with a bold persona, Apryl is also a
human and animal rights activist, having done many benefit shows, including
recently headlining a Dance-A-Thon sponsored in a joint effort by Prodigal
Foundation, Inc. and Quo Vadis Newspaper to benefit children affected by
cancer.
Not only is Apryl an accomplished singer and songwriter, but she has also
created somewhat of a name for herself in the modeling business, most
recently being a part of the Art of Hair Salon’s photo shoot for Inspire
Publications, a best-selling salon magazine.
Apryl Evans just completed for first studio EP entitled “One of Those Girls”
with multi-Emmy Award winning Producer Robert Sands.
