After 3 years RAZA decided to change their name to Electric Fence. Many people asked themselves why.
Electric Fence: We will try to summarize the reasons which led us in this point and we hope that we will help you understand our point of view. Like we have written on all our profiles on which we have an account, RAZA was an idea, a principle, a dream, a concept. We loved RAZA like our own sister, like our own mother, like our best friend. RAZA should have been like a freedom tribune, a door to the sky, a good argument for culture. And there was that time…
We are, however, living in a world controlled by commerce, where the genius dies, if he doesn’t produce. We live in a world where the art love perished. RAZA cannot exist anymore. Because it has already been betrayed by many. Many left RAZA for other ideas, much less honest (if you like), but money-making. RAZA cannot exist whilst tied by EURO and dollars or other purposes. RAZA has to fly, to float, to mock the bills.
From the time RAZA formed, there were 4 guitar players, 2 drummers, 3 keyboard players, 1 percussionist and 1 vocal. We decided not to expose RAZA. RAZA will exist just when we deserve it.
Electric Fence is the name of the band we are playing in now, with which we want to earn money, to play on the biggest arenas in the United States, to sell and to buy. Electric Fence is much stronger and more resistant. Electric Fence can exist in the current economical conditions. Electric Fence will exist as long as RAZA can’t!
